During World War II in France, American soldier Michael Blake captures and then loses Paul Rona, a Nazi-collaborating art thief who leaves behind a gem-studded gauntlet—a stolen religious relic. In Paris, pursued by mysterious followers and implicated with a corpse, Mike teams up with the attractive tour guide Christine.
