Secretly, Gwen entrusts the money to T.T.’s new partner, Steve Bennett, asking him to double it. Later, a discussion on business ethics leads to a $10,000 bet: Steve must tell the truth for 24 hours or forfeit the money. While spending the weekend on T.T.’s houseboat, Steve faces relentless attempts to make him lie or reveal the bet, jeopardizing both his and Gwen’s chances of doubling the money.
