In Montreal, former gangster Joe Victor is brought back from Europe, where he was previously deported from the United States. His mission: to kidnap nuclear physicist Dr. Macklin and deliver him behind the Iron Curtain. To accomplish this, Joe reassembles his old gang, including Joyce, whose task is to seduce the inexperienced Dr. Macklin and lure him out of his well-protected quarters.
