Broadway partners Vicky Lane and Dan Christy have a falling out due to Dan's womanizing ways. Jealous of Dan, Vicky reconnects with her old flame and former dance partner, Victor Price. As Dan's career flounders, he follows Vicky to a luxurious resort in the Canadian Rockies, where she and Victor are preparing to debut a new act. Complications arise when, after a drunken night, Dan discovers he has hired the flamboyant Latin secretary Rosita Murphy. This leads Vicky to believe Dan is reverting to his old habits.
