In the bustling 'Green Dragon' gambling club run by Hu Chang (Ernest Borgnine), merchant marine McMillen (Jon Hall) risks his last dollar but is cheated out of his winnings. Desperate, he takes a job as the engineer aboard the Sally Ann. Also aboard is Paul Lowell (Ron Randell), who has killed Tamara's (Lisa Ferraday) uncle for a stash of valuable jade. Tamara, determined to recover her family's treasure, catches up to the Sally Ann, claims the jade, and exacts revenge by killing Lowell—her own fiancé. The quest for the jade becomes even more perilous as Hu Chang also plots to claim it for himself.
